The ArcBlue C42 System includes the C42 Camera with Camera Angle Adjuster (CAA), standard Pulsar Harmonic Equatorial Mount, Counterweight Battery, Tripod, and two cables.

The included Pulsar Mount supports a 3 kg (6.6 lb) uncounterweighted payload and up to 5 kg (11.0 lb) maximum payload capacity.

It is built as a complete smart astrophotography system. With your own lens or telescope, you can start shooting with full-frame imaging, tracking, guiding, live preview, and capture control in one workflow.

The system features a modular design. The C42 Camera and Pulsar Mount can work together as an integrated system, or be used separately with compatible gear you already own.

Please note that lenses and telescopes are not included. The SSD is optional: add one when you back C42, or use your own.

Yes. The US$3,499 VIP offer includes the standard Pulsar Mount, which supports a 3 kg (6.6 lb) uncounterweighted payload and up to 5 kg (11.0 lb) maximum payload capacity.

For users with heavier lenses or telescope setups, Pulsar Heavy will be available as an optional paid upgrade. It supports an 11 kg (24.3 lb) uncounterweighted payload and up to 13 kg (28.7 lb) maximum payload capacity.

Final upgrade pricing and selection details will be announced when the Kickstarter campaign goes live.

Placing a deposit for ArcBlue C42 allows you to secure the corresponding VIP deposit benefit: an additional US$300 VIP discount compared with the Super Early Bird price during the Kickstarter launch period.

ArcBlue C42 is expected to launch on Kickstarter in mid-October 2026. To receive your VIP benefit, please use the same email address for your deposit and Kickstarter order.

Please note that this deposit does not mean you have already purchased the final product. Your final order will be completed during the Kickstarter purchase stage.

Once your ArcBlue C42 deposit is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox to verify your reservation.

When the Kickstarter campaign goes live, you will be able to complete your purchase at any time during the campaign period. On the campaign page, the price displayed will be the Super Early Bird price.

If you have placed a deposit, your corresponding VIP deposit benefit will not appear directly on the checkout page. Instead, it will be refunded to you after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

• Once the Kickstarter campaign goes live, use the same email address to access the purchase page and select the reward tier you want at the Super Early Bird price.
• Complete the payment during the campaign period.
• After the campaign ends, we will refund your corresponding VIP deposit benefit to you.

We'll continue to share the latest updates through our official channels along the way.

After the campaign concludes, we will process the refund within 14 working days. You will receive a total refund / benefit fulfillment of US$400, which may include:

• US$100 deposit refund via the same payment method you used for the deposit
• US$300 additional VIP discount via Kickstarter

Please note that depending on the final process, these may be handled separately rather than at the same time. We will share the official details once finalized.

Once your ArcBlue C42 deposit is successfully placed, you should see a confirmation during the checkout process. If you checked the box for "email me with news and offers" during checkout, you will also receive a confirmation email associated with your order.

This email confirms that your deposit purchase was successful. Please keep your confirmation email or order record for future reference.

We use the email address you used for the deposit to match it with your Kickstarter registered / login email, so we can confirm your corresponding VIP deposit benefit.

ArcBlue C42 is planned to be available in as many regions as possible, including the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Asia-Pacific regions such as Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and India.

However, final shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country or region. We will confirm the supported shipping destinations officially once finalized.

We are actively working on optimizing ArcBlue C42 and estimate that shipping will begin in February 2027. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, final production arrangements, and logistics conditions. We will continue to share updates through our official channels.

We're still finalizing the logistics plan with our suppliers, and the exact shipping cost is currently being confirmed. We will cover the majority of the shipping expenses, but based on our current estimate, customers may need to pay around US$50–US$100.

Yes. You can reserve multiple ArcBlue C42 Systems based on your needs.

Each deposit applies to one C42 System only. If you would like to purchase more than one system, please place a separate deposit order for each system. Each deposit will secure the deposit discount for one corresponding system.

ArcBlue C42 comes with a 2-year warranty for C42 camera and Pulsar Equatorial Mount, while the battery is covered by a 1-year warranty.
